Order and Payment
All our prices shown on the website are incl. Danish VAT and other taxes. Prices are current prices. The price at the time of order is the applicable price of the purchase.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us. You will also receive a new email on the same day your order is shipped.
When you trade with high5shop.eu, agreements are entered into in Danish. If you wish to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer several payment methods. The most secure method, and the method of payment that we recommend to all customers, is a debit card.
We accept the following cards
Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro.
It is also possible to pay via Danish MobilePay Online.
When choosing to pay with an electronic debit card, the amount will not be deducted until the items are shipped.
All items that you can see in the store are in stock, and we ship your order within 24 hours. That means that we have 1-3 days delivery. We always ship orders in the same order we receive them.
During sales, birthdays or similar occasions, there might be longer delivery times. We will state this on the site.
Our shipping costs is the same, regardless of the size of the order. You can choose between having the package sent “without home delivery” or “with home delivery”.

If you buy for over 49 EUR, you get free shipping.
A Track-and-Trace/Tracking number will always be sent, so you can follow the order from our warehouse to the agreed delivery point.
Right of withdrawal and return
As a consumer, you have 100 days right of withdrawal from the contract when you shop with us.
The period for your right of withdrawal/return expires 100 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several items in one purchase, but they are delivered individually, the period starts from the day on which you receive the last item.
If the purchase consists of several lots or parts, the right of withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The period entails that you have 100 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can send an email to email@example.com or use the standard cancellation form found at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.
You cannot cancel the order by refusing to receive the item, without notifying us first.
Right of withdrawal from parts of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to send one or more items back even if they are purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 30 days to send the product back to us. You will have to pay for the package to be returned, and it is you who will be liable if damage occurs during transportation.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost its value and it's because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works, you can only get back part of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the items, and in some cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery form offered by us) 30 days, by the latest, from the day we receive your message that you want to use your right of withdrawal from the agreement.
We will return the money using the same method of payment as you used to purchase unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you send us proof of returning it.

If you wish to exchange an item, the cost of the return will accrue to you - in return, we will pay for the newly exchanged item to be sent back to you. From the point that the items are delivered, you bear the risk. The same applies during the return, you are responsible for the items to be packaged safely.
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish købeloven (similar to Consumer Rights Act) apply to the purchased items. This means you have a guarantee for 24 months. Please contact us before you return the item.
If your claim is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
Please note that you must use your guarantee within a “reasonable time” after you discover the error. If you use your guarantee within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be within a reasonable time.
If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in protective packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please attach a detailed description of the problem.
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, telephone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the items to you.
The personal data are registered with Media9000 I/S and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. In addition, we work with several other companies that store and process data. Companies process information only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection of your information. The data controller at high5shop.eu is Media9000 I/S.
You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we were to use it. You may also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We use log statistics on High5shop.eu. This is a statistics system that collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website the person leaves the site, etc. The statistics log is only used to optimise High5shop.eu.
The website uses “cookies”, which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile or similar for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics and targeting ads. Cookies cannot contain malicious code such as viruses.
